Gatekeep Marievik - a concept where we aim to market Marievik as Stockholm's best-kept secret. Through a humorous tone, we encourage people not to tell others about the place, spreading an air of mystery and attracting visitors organically. This concept stands out, piquing curiosity and awareness among the target audience. Gatekeep Marievik boosts recognition of the area, drawing more attractive restaurants and shops to establish themselves there. This enhances the area's reputation and increases demand for housing and office spaces. With increased demand, AMF Fastigheter can raise rents and boost their profits, enabling greater returns for their pension savers.

Project Overview
This was a graduation project at Berghs School of Communication. Our team created a comprehensive brand platform from the ground up. This included developing a graphic profile, designing a website, and producing merchandise. Additionally, we crafted a detailed marketing plan and strategy to ensure the brand's successful launch and growth.
My Contributions
In this project, I had the opportunity to be part of the process of building a brand platform, which included brand strategy, brand design, and website development.​​​​​​​

Our team was given the task to put Marievik on the map and create a strong brand presence for AMF Fastigheter's new district. A place under development with post modernist architecture and numerous future urban projects.
