Electrolux Group faces a significant challenge, with 80% of their emissions coming from product usage, known as Scope 3 emissions. How can we create a concept to change consumer behavior without placing too much burden on consumers?
By officially inviting consumers to participate in a "sustainable partnership," Electrolux Group aims for mutual trust and concrete commitments towards a greener everyday life.
On the back of their receipts, whether digital or printed, consumers can now find a mutual contract where both the company and the consumer pledge to work together towards a sustainable future.
